Min Sung and Ji An became brothers after their parents remarried. Eight years later, Min Sung, now twenty-six years old, works as a food stylist and his younger brother Ji An, now twenty-three years old, works as a model and is strangely obsessed with Min Sung. The two develop a mutual relationship to relieve each other’s heat and rut periods. At first, Min Sung thought his younger brother's persistent and obsessive behavior over him was nothing more than cute and whiny attachment. But when it begins to develop into a bigger problem, Min Sung does his best to distance himself from Ji An. They slowly drift apart, but as Min Sung’s buried past begins to unfold once more, their relationship slowly becomes catastrophic.
