Recchan is a high school girl with a monster face who is popular among her classmates. The student council president however thinks otherwise. In her opinion, kindness out of pity is the wrong way to treat a girl like Recchan. Although others may think her cruel and unkind, in the end her refusal to be nice earns her a new friendship.
